This review aims to summarize the role of alkaloids as potential modulators of the
PI3K/Akt/mTOR (PAMT) pathway in cancer therapy. The PAMT pathway plays a critical role
in cell growth, survival, and metabolism, and its dysregulation contributes to cancer
