Abstract
Three cases are described in which the nephrotic syndrome appeared to be associated with inhalant allergens. One such case has been reported previously. In three of these four cases there was demonstrable hypersensitivity to pollen allergens, while in the fourth case mould allergy was found. Proteinuria and œdema appeared to be exacerbated in all four cases with increased exposure to inhalant allergens, and in the pollen-sensitive patients the proteinuria appeared to subside while they were being treated with hyposensitisation injections.
