quantitation of intestinal calcium-binding protein (CaBP) in the chick intestine: enzyme-
linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) and a radioimmunoassay (RIA). Both ELISA and
RIA use antisera produced in the rabbit against highly purified chick intestinal CaBP. The
