OBJECTIVE: To systematically review evidence relating to the clinical efficacy of oseltamivir,
zanamivir and amantadine in the prevention of influenza. METHODS: RCTs evaluating
these interventions in seasonal prophylaxis and post-exposure prophylaxis were identified
