Suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS)-1 is a critical regulator of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)
tolerance and LPS-induced cytokine production. The mechanisms regulating the
transcription of SOCS-1 in response to LPS are not entirely understood. Functional analysis
