Mononuclear cell infiltration in glomeruli and renal interstitium is a prominent feature of
some types of glomerulonephritis, including lupus nephritis. The mechanism (s) underlying
monocyte influx into the kidney is not fully understood. Recently, monocyte chemoattractant
