The aim of this study was to characterize the reactivity of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) that
had been submitted to the HLDA8 Workshop. The lineage specificity of target molecules was
tested by analyzing their expression patterns on blood cells, leukocytes, and lymphocyte
subsets. The expression of target molecules during B cell development, ranging from early
precursors to plasma cells, was analyzed using a large panel of B cell lines. Our results
