Noonan syndrome is a multiorgan system disorder mediated by genetic defects along the rat
sarcoma–mitogen-activated protein kinase (RAS-MAPK) pathway known as RASopathies. It
is the second most common syndromic cause of congenital heart disease and, in∼ 20% of
