Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is currently defined by clinical signs and symptoms
including debilitating fatigue that is not attributable to other known clinical conditions, by flu-
like symptoms (eg, pharyngitis, adenopathy, low-grade fever, myalgia, arthralgia, headache)
