OBJECTIVE: The traditional intravenous (IV) route of administration for hematopoietic stem
cell transplantation (HSCT) may result in inefficient placement of donor cells, possibly
contributing to suboptimal engraftment and higher risk of graft-vs-host reactions. In order to
