Idiopathic Myelofibrosis (IMF), is a chronic myeloproliferative disorder characterized by the
association of myeloproliferation and myelofibrosis. The pathophysiological mechanisms
resulting in this disease remain still unclear. The myeloproliferation appeared to result from
the clonal amplification of hematopoietic progenitors. In contrast, fibroblasts participating in
