A large osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle is described. The problem of diagnosing
the exact location of the tumor is related, and the importance of tomograms in such cases is
emphasized. The tumor caused a horizontal displacement of the bite and chin to the right
without any neurologic symptoms. A condylectomy was performed, and the tumor was
removed in toto. The functional and cosmetic results were very satisfactory.
