To the Editor: We report for the first time the effects of grass pollen subcutaneous
immunotherapy (SCIT) on the novel subset of innate lymphoid type 2 cells (ILC2s) in
patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR). Allergic rhinitis is an IgE-mediated chronic
inflammation of the nasal mucosa, thought largely to be due to an inappropriate TH2
