Lipid accumulation in liver and skeletal muscle contributes to co-morbidities associated with
diabetes and obesity. We made a transgenic mouse in which the adiponectin (Adipoq)
promoter drives expression of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in adipocytes to potentially increase
