Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) play an important role in immunity, inflammation, and tissue
remodeling and their dysregulation is implicated in autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.
We analyzed the impact of daclizumab, a humanized monoclonal anti-CD25 antibody, on
circulating natural killer (NK) cells and ILCs in a cohort of multiple sclerosis patients. An
increase in CD56 bright NK cells and CD56 hi CD16 intermediate transitional NK cells was
