To explore the mechanisms of antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR) in kidney transplants,
we studied the transcripts expressed in clinically indicated biopsies from patients with donor-
specific antibody (DSA). Comparison of biopsies from DSA-positive versus DSA-negative
