Sjögren's syndrome (SjS) is a systemic autoimmune disease, characterized by the presence
of periductal lymphocytic infiltrations in salivary and lachrymal glands resulting in oral and
ocular dryness. Systemic manifestations can also occur in approximately one-third of
patients. Adverse prognostic factors such as parotid gland enlargement, vasculitic lesions,
hypocomplementemia, and cryoglobulinemia confer increased risk for lymphoma
