BACKGROUND: Anti-parietal cell antibody is found in patients with Helicobacter pylori-
positive gastritis and is related to atrophic gastritis and gastric carcinoma. AIM: To identify
the characteristics of patients at high-risk for gastric carcinoma in terms of anti-parietal cell
