Transforming growth factor (TGF)-β is produced in most human tumors and markedly inhibits
tumor antigen-specific cellular immunity, representing a major obstacle to the success of
tumor immunotherapy. TGF-β is produced in Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive Hodgkin
