Cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) regulates intravascular lipoprotein metabolism. In
vitro studies indicate that ApoF alters CETP function by inhibiting its activity with LDL. To
explore in vivo the complexities driving ApoF's effects on CETP, we developed a siRNA-
