Background & Aims O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) is a unique glycosyltransferase involved in
metabolic reprogramming. We investigated the functional role of OGT in non-alcoholic fatty
liver disease-associated hepatocellular carcinoma (NAFLD-HCC). Methods The biological
