Leprosy is a spectral disease with polar lepromatous and tuberculoid forms correlating with
enhanced humoral and cell-mediated immunity, respectively, against Mycobacterium leprae
and the borderline forms, borderline lepromatous, midborderline, and borderline tuberculoid
showing in-between clinical and immunological characteristics. Histopathologically, the
