Objectives: Patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) have an increased risk of
pulmonary tuberculosis. However, detecting pulmonary tuberculosis may be difficult due to
the underlying fibrosis. The aim of this report is to describe the radiological and clinical
