Sjogren's syndrome is characterized by the presence of a plethora of autoantibodies (Table
1). We herein review major recent development in autoantibodies associated with Sjogren
syndrome. This includes description of new antibodies found in the sera of patients with the
disease as well as clinical associations and new insights into the process by which
