OBJECTIVE: Bone marrow from wild-type mice and mice with mutated Fas (lpr) or mutated
Fas ligand (gld) was used to investigate the role of the Fas/FasL system in the regulation of
myeloid progenitor cell kinetics. METHODS: Granulocyte-macrophage colony-forming cells
