OBJECTIVE: Graft-vs-host disease (GVHD) is the major cause of morbidity and mortality
after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Models of immunodeficient mice
that consistently and efficiently reconstitute with xenoreactive human T cells would be a
