CTCF nuclear factor regulates many aspects of gene expression, largely as a transcriptional
repressor or via insulator function. Its roles in cellular differentiation are not clear. Here we
show an unexpected role for CTCF in myogenesis. Ctcf is expressed in myogenic structures
