Intestinal brush border enzymes, including aminopeptidase N and sucrase-isomaltase, are
associated with" rafts"(membrane microdomains rich in cholesterol and sphingoglycolipids).
To assess the functional role of rafts in the present work, we studied the effect of cholesterol
