The article presents a case study of a woman born in 1933 who was diagnosed with chronic
myelomonocytic leukaemia (CMML) in 2003. The patient, over a period of 10 years,
developed fatigue and lymphadenopathy with high level of lactate dehydrogenase. The
article discusses efficiency of Five-Azacytidine therapeutic agent in angioimmunoblastic T
cell lymphoma due to mutations in genes involved in DNA methylation, such as TET2.
