OBJECTIVES: To describe the demographics, clinical manifestations, treatment, and
outcomes of patients with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) who developed an
opportunistic infection with Nocardia spp., mycobacteria or fungal pathogens. METHODS: A
