Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a life-long, potentially fatal IgG autoantibody-mediated blistering
disease targeting mucocutaneous keratinocytes (KCs). PV patients develop pathogenic anti-
desmoglein (Dsg) 3±1 and antimitochondrial antibodies (AMA), but it remained unknown
